Boy calls police to escape from piano lessons

I noticed this hilarious headline at Google news. Here's the story...

Taotao, a nine-year-old boy in Changchun, Jilin province, ran to local police last week wailing that his father wanted to sell him away.

The cops later found out the boy lied just to escape from his dreaded piano lessons - as suggested by his doting grandmother.

Taotao's father believes the boy is gifted in music and arranged lessons for the child. But the boy has proved talented in coming up with ways to escape the classes, too.

About a month ago, Taotao called the 110 helpline saying his father wanted to beat him to death. He decided to go directly to the cops this time.
