Well, for the most part, she's hitting octave bass notes and playing solid chords with both hands. She's harmonizing the melody using solid chords.
Whenever you see or hear a piece and want to know how the pianist/composer gets the sound they're getting, ask "What is This Pianist Doing?"
Of course, if you can actually see a video of a performance it's a lot better.

I can hear that Eva is using solid chords on both hands but I do not like her style of playing. Her music is not soft and relaxing. It made me nervous listening to her playing. It sounds like she is reflecting on displeasing,angry, moments inher life.
