I love the idea of the coral reef! To think that so much life exists underwater... and we're not even aware of it! It's amazing. And inspiring.
For Lesson 12: "Coral Reef," I used two chords, A minor 7 and F Major 7 to create an improvisation. Why two chords? Because I wanted to show what could be accomplished using very little material! The sound is minor because I'm using the A natural or (aeolian) scale.
