Economy Has You Stressed Out? Try Music Therapy!

It’s a daily assault of panic, crisis and upheavals being thrown at us practically 24/7. Listen to the radio, and it’s gloom and doom. Turn on the TV, and every talking head has another scenario of calamity. Pick up the newspaper, and the headlines are practically screaming disaster.

  1. This is so absolutely true. Almost no one will deny that listening to music has an effect on the psyche.

Creating music yourself from within yourself goes down the same path but opens up a whole new book of experiences. I can only invite others to join in on the fun ! New Age, Jazz, Classical, Blues, whatever it may be.

There is no doubt that playing music that comes from the heart and soul like you teach as well will have a positive effect on who you are and how you feel.

Keep on doing what you do, i have greatly enjoyed your posts over the last year or so and have finally subscribed to contribute to the ongoing success of your activities.

    All the best,
