Recommended Listening - Joe Bongiorno - Beyond Forever
This one's interesting. First thing I noticed with this one is the 'tremelo' in the right hand. Do you see what Joe is doing here? Tremelo is a technique where the fingers rapidly move back and forth creating a kind of sustaining sound. And while this is going on, an arpeggio in the left hand.
Actually, you never hear tremelo being used in most New Age piano music. I know George Winston used it for one of his piano pieces (forget which one) to good affect.
Joe has a recording studio in Seattle where he records and gives piano concerts usually featuring Whisperings artists. Find Joe's site at http://www.joebongiorno.com/
