New Lesson Coming Soon ... 'Animals in Snow'

It's hot here in San Diego. Well, not as hot as it is in much of the U.S. but still, pretty sticky! So I decided to put together a 'cool' slide show with music from yours truly.

Actually, what you're listening to is just open position chords in the Key of C Major played over an 8-bar phrase. The phrase is repeated a few times and then the piece ends.

Remember when I said that by mastering the 8-bar phrase you'd be light-years ahead of most piano students? It's true because it can be used as a cornerstone for composition.

Anyway, I may record this as a lesson and give it out as a bonus. Stay tuned! And stay cool!
